Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size. [Insert flat rate, free shipping threshold, or carrier-based pricing here.]

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at [support email] and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [support email] so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within [X days] so we can investigate with the carrier.
